As former contractors, we understood the problem most contractors face, cashflow. Our journey to solve the cashflow crunch became first priority for our own company in the late 2000's when the market fell. Days before beginning a large construction project, our "funding solution", a traditional factoring company, bailed.

Instead of relying on the model of traditional factoring companies, we wanted to build solid relationships instead of contributing to division between contractors and owners.

Additionally, we have options to fill the revenue gap between owner payments with a cashflow service that allows the contractor to draw upon approved invoices when needed. Our results have had enormous impact on the contractors we have helped. Using these proven methods, we started to expand our market.
